Drinking 50g of Sugar

Purchase Welch’s White Grape juice. At 28 weeks gestation, drink 11-12oz of juice within 5 minutes first thing in the morning or at least 3hrs after last eating. Do not eat or drink anything with sugar before testing. One hour from the time you finish drinking the juice, test your blood sugar using the glucometer.
